Location: Pune/Satara, Maharashtra Company: Leading Manufacturer of Hydraulic Cylinders, Jacks, Power Packs, Pumps & Valves Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Sales & Service Engineer to support our growing hydraulic manufacturing business. The role involves technical sales, field service, customer support, and active lead generation through market visits and industrial marketing. Key Responsibilities: Generate new business leads through field visits, industrial marketing, and customer meetings Provide technical sales support for hydraulic cylinders, jacks, power packs, pumps, and valves Handle installation, commissioning, servicing, and troubleshooting at customer sites Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable hydraulic solutions Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and support order closure Coordinate with the production and engineering teams for smooth execution Travel extensively for sales, service, and marketing activities Candidate Requirements: Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical, Hydraulic, or related engineering field Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic systems and components Experience in hydraulic sales, service, or maintenance preferred Willingness to travel extensively for lead generation and customer support Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-motivated, flexible, and result-oriented Compensation & Benefits: Fixed monthly salary Travel allowance Food allowance Attractive sales incentives based on performance Interested candidates may apply with their updated CV
