Job Title: Sales Manager Home Loans / Housing Loans / Loan Against Property (LAP)

Channel: DSA, Direct

Location: Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur

Role Overview

Home Loans, Housing Loans, and Loan Against Property (LAP)

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Lead Generation:
Generate business through direct sourcing, channel partners, and market connections to drive consistent lead flow.
Customer Acquisition:
Identify customer needs, pitch relevant loan products, and guide applicants through eligibility checks and documentation requirements.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, DSAs, and other stakeholders to support continuous business growth.
Sales Target Achievement:
Ensure timely conversions and meet monthly sourcing and disbursement targets for Home Loans and LAP.
Process Coordination:
Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams to ensure smooth loan processing and quick turnaround times.
Market Awareness:
Stay updated on competitor offerings, market trends, and pricing to strengthen sales positioning and strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in Home Loan / Housing Loan / LAP sales
Strong product knowledge and customer-handling skills
Good negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities
Proven ability to achieve sales and disbursement targets
Graduate in any discipline
