Role & responsibilities Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through proactive prospecting and networking. Conduct engaging sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our bottled water products and delivery services. Close sales and manage customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve customer inquiries or concerns. Greet and assist customers in-store, offering guidance as they shop for new products. Recommend relevant upsells to ensure customers have all they need. Consistently meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets. Gain a thorough understanding of product features and be able to troubleshoot basic issues for customers. Prepare and submit weekly sales performance reports to management. Support teammates with transactions and customer service when needed. Preferred candidate profile Previous sales experience is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Quick learner with a proactive attitude. Experience in the water industry or beverages sector is required Location: Nagpur Maharashtra
