Job Summary We are looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean energy, highly motivated, and has a proven ability to generate and convert quality leads into successful rooftop solar projects. You’ll play a key role in expanding Power Planet’s presence, driving revenue, and helping more people make the switch to solar. Key Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and pursue potential leads through field work, digital outreach, referrals, and marketing campaigns. Educate prospects on the benefits of rooftop solar solutions and Power Planet’s offerings. Conduct site visits and prepare customized proposals based on customer needs. Follow up with prospects through the sales cycle—from initial contact to closing the deal. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system. Collaborate with the technical and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution. Provide regular feedback from the field to improve products and marketing strategies. Requirements Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in solar energy, real estate, or B2C/B2B technical sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Ability to understand and explain technical concepts in simple terms. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits. Comfortable with field work and reaching out to new prospects regularly. Basic computer literacy (CRM tools, email, MS Office/Google Suite). [Preferred but not mandatory] Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Compensation & Benefits Attractive performance-based incentives and commission structure.
