Anytime Fitness Sales Representative

Are you a highly motivated and energetic individual with a passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals? Anytime Fitness is looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for driving membership sales, building strong relationships with potential and existing members, and contributing to a positive and supportive club environment.

Responsibilities:

• Membership Sales: Proactively engage with prospective members, conduct club tours, explain membership options, and close sales to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including community outreach, corporate partnerships, and referrals.
• Member Engagement: Build rapport with members, understand their fitness needs, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure member satisfaction and retention.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, membership agreements, and follow up with leads and members.
• Club Promotion: Assist with marketing and promotional events to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the club.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the club management and personal trainers to create a seamless and positive experience for all members.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the fitness or health industry.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• A passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
