Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Person with experience in Solar Projects or similar products, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, managing customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, offering appropriate solutions, and engaging with buyers and investors. You will be responsible for negotiating sales, conducting market research, maintaining sales records, and fostering long-term client relationships. Your ultimate goal will be to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Generation: Utilize various channels like cold calling, networking, referrals, and online marketing to identify potential clients. - Client Interaction: Engage with potential buyers and investors to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions. - Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms and prices with clients to close sales effectively. Assist in drafting agreements and contracts. - Market Research: Keep abreast of local market trends and competitors. - Sales Reporting: Maintain records of sales, prospects, and client interactions. Provide regular sales reports to management. - Customer Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, offering post-sales support. - Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as directed by management. Qualification Required: - Experience in Solar Projects or similar products sales. - Proficiency in English is preferred. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment. - Previous experience in lead generation and client management is a plus.
