Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional to grow our client base and drive revenue for our logistics services. The ideal candidate will have experience proven track record in B2B sales and client acquisition from logistics background.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and generate new business opportunities in domestic logistics.2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders. 3. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable logistics.4. Prepare and present commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.5. Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.6. Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.7. Maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools and provide timely reports and forecasts. 8. Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.* 2–5 years of sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain (Senior roles may require 5–10 years).* Strong understanding of import/export processes, and transportation modes.* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.* Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel, as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Existing client base or network.* Knowledge of ERP/SCM systems is a plus.
