About the Role: We are seeking a results-driven Sr. Relationship Manager to lead sales initiatives, manage client relationships, and drive business growth. You will work closely with clients and channel partners to achieve revenue targets and deliver exceptional customer service in the real estate sector. Key Responsibilities: Achieve quarterly sales targets and maximize lead conversions Manage the client lifecycle from onboarding to retention Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and channel partners Execute strategic sales plans and monitor market trends Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and client interactions Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 2–4 years of experience in real estate or similar sales roles Excellent communication, negotiation, and CRM skills Self-motivated, customer-focused, and target-driven Preferred: Experience handling HNIs and corporate clients Knowledge of real estate compliance (e.g., RERA) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
