Sales Representative

We are seeking a well-spoken, presentable, and customer-focused Sales Representative cum Relationship Associate to join our dynamic real estate and construction team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a positive attitude, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Freshers who are eager to learn and grow are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with buying, selling, or renting residential and commercial properties.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and suggest suitable options.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and provide excellent post-sales support.
• Organize and accompany clients on site visits and inspections.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain records of client interactions, sales activity, and feedback.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth deal closures and customer satisfaction.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Must be well-spoken, presentable, and confident in face-to-face and phone interactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Knowledge of the real estate market is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Willingness to travel locally for meetings and site visits.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Education: Graduate in any discipline
• Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply
• Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and local languages preferred
• Basic computer knowledge is an advantage
• Training will be provided

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
