Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through cold calling, social media, referrals, and site visits Visit B2B clients such as interior designers, architects, builders, and contractors Present product samples, explain features and pricing, and pitch solutions based on project needs Conduct site visits Convert leads into orders and achieve sales targets. Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals Achieve sales targets and report progress regularly Coordinate with backend and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and service Upsell and cross-sell other flooring products when appropriate Maintain trip logs and submit reports via GPS-based tracking tools Role & responsibilities: End-to-end client management: From lead generation to deal closure Converting in house generated and inbound leads. Daily outreach and follow-ups via phone, WhatsApp, or in-person visits Deliver in-person product presentations and assist clients with decision-making Negotiate pricing, timelines, and payment terms professionally Act as the face of HypeFloors in the fieldensure high standards of conduct and brand representation Handle customer objections confidently and close deals consistently Attend regular training, review sessions, and briefings with the sales team Keep updated on product pricing, offers, and market competition Ensure all client payments follow company policy Track work progress and submit daily reports in the required format Preferred candidate profile Based in Kolkata or nearby and comfortable with daily travel Prefer candidates who own a bike/two-wheeler for site visits and client meetings Prior B2B sales experience in interior, architecture, real estate, or building materials (preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and phone for sales outreach Confident in face-to-face selling and presenting samples Self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined Fresher with good communication skills may apply (if highly motivated) Must own a smartphone and be comfortable using tracking/logging apps Willing to work under performance targets and incentive structures Familiarity with flooring, plywood, or construction material is a plus
