Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Sales Representatives to promote products and services across various sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers through market research, cold calling, and networking.
Present and demonstrate products/services effectively to prospective clients.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events (if applicable).
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Requirements:
Education: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate (any stream).
Experience: Fresher or experienced candidates are welcome (sector-specific experience preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Office, CRM software).
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Willingness to travel (if required for the sector).
