Sales Representative

As an Arthroscopy Sales Representative based in Ernakulam, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling arthroscopy products to orthopedic surgeons, hospitals, and surgical centers. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in the medical device industry, particularly in orthopedic or arthroscopy products, you will be tasked with achieving and exceeding sales targets in your assigned territory. Your responsibilities will include supporting surgical procedures in the operating room, conducting product demonstrations and in-servicing for customers and healthcare professionals, and developing strong relationships with key opinion leaders, hospital staff, and procurement departments. It will be essential to maintain detailed records of sales activities, market intelligence, and customer feedback using CRM tools while staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product innovations. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field. Additionally, having a strong understanding of arthroscopic procedures and operating room protocols, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, will be valuable assets. Your proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, ability to work independently, and willingness to travel within the assigned region will be key to your success. Preferred qualifications include prior experience working with orthopedic surgeons and hospital decision-makers, as well as familiarity with leading arthroscopy product lines and brands.
