Job Description

Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our team in the footwear industry. The role involves visiting retailers, dealers, and distributors in the assigned area to promote our footwear range, generate sales, and build strong business relationships. Key Responsibilities Visit footwear retailers, dealers, and distributors regularly to collect and confirm orders. Promote the company’s footwear products and ensure strong product visibility in the market. Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and new clients. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory. Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback to management. Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and payments. Assist in resolving client queries and ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales activities and order collections. Requirements Proven experience in sales, field sales, or distributor handling (preferably in footwear, apparel, or FMCG). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build long-term client relationships. Self-motivated with a target-driven approach. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
