We are looking for dynamic and driven Sales Representatives to join our team and lead the growth of our restaurant POS solutions. The ideal candidate has experience in selling POS software/hardware . Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire new restaurant and F&B clients within assigned territories. Conduct product demos (on-site or virtual) to explain POS features and value propositions. Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and decision-makers. Achieve monthly sales targets through effective lead generation and closing strategies. Collaborate with the onboarding and support teams to ensure smooth implementation for new clients. Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer insights. Required Skills & Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in POS sales , F&B tech , restaurant tech , or hardware solutions (preferred). Strong understanding of sales cycles, negotiation, and consultative selling. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently, manage field activities, and meet targets. Prior experience with restaurant owners, distributors, and POS dealers is a plus. Own vehicle preferred (with travel allowance as applicable).
