Job Description

Salary: 15,000 + Incentive + TA

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within the digital marketing space. This role requires a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of sales success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business leads through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, email marketing, social media).
  • Conduct market research and identify potential clients within target industries.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Sales Management:
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics (e.g., revenue, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost).
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Forecast sales and prepare sales reports.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Teamwork & Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute successful campaigns.
  • Share best practices and industry knowledge with the team.
  • Stay Updated:
  • Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the digital marketing industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Existing network of contacts within the industry.
