We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves understanding client needs, presenting suitable products or services, and maintaining long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
Coordinate with the marketing and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver appropriate sales presentations and proposals.
Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports.
Handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent selling and presentation abilities.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
