Sales Representative, Automotive Accessories Channel account manager

You will be responsible for creating ACE and Fixture sales channels for OSRAM India AM AFTM business by bringing in new distributors and preferably new channels. Additionally, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities in the OES channel. Your role will involve managing routine ECOM business operations by overseeing online players and Osram authorized resellers. You will conduct extensive customer training on the OSRAM premium ACE/Fixture products and aim to create a M1/M2 sales mindset among customers through effective sales argumentation. It will be your responsibility to ensure target achievements of your allocated products / channels and monitor timely submission of statutory documents like customer credentials and balance confirmation. Key Responsibilities: - Create ACE and Fixture sales channels for OSRAM India AM AFTM business via new distributors - Bring in new business opportunities in the OES channel - Manage routine ECOM business operations by overseeing online players and Osram authorized resellers - Conduct extensive customer training on OSRAM premium ACE/Fixture products - Ensure target achievements of allocated products / channels - Monitor timely submission of statutory documents - Follow up with SCM for stock supplies/replenishment - Follow up with CS for order log-in, allocation, and billing - Submit all credit and defective claim documents with proper supporting documents to CS - Implement and monitor all Marcom plans/activities in your area of responsibility Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Master's degree or MBA preferred - 8-12 years of experience in a relevant area - Experience in Channel Sales (Accessory / Tuning / OES / Ecom) Automotive Aftermarket - Experience in Channel Sales (Distributor / Wholesaler / Retailers / Garages handling / tuning / ECOM OES players),
