Job Overview:
Adonearth Communication Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative to grow our client base, increase sales, and build lasting relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting clients, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our communication solutions effectively to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities in targeted markets.
  • Visit clients and prospective clients regularly to present and demonstrate our communication products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Generate leads and actively pursue new clients to expand the customer base.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and share client feedback.
  • Prepare, deliver, and follow up on sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to promote the company and build professional networks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in the communications or technology sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple client visits and leads.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tailor sales approaches to client needs.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
