Role & responsibilities Lead Generation & Qualification Visit labs and clinics, make cold calls, use digital tools to identify leads Qualify prospects and transition them to Account Executives (AEs) Maintain lead activity, notes, and status updates in CRM Client Interaction & Demo Setup Act as the first point of contact for potential customers Build rapport, assess client needs, and schedule demos with AEs Represent Theranizes mission and values in every interaction Team Collaboration Work closely with Account Executives for seamless lead handoff Share market insights and align sales strategy with the team AI & Digital Prospecting Leverage AI tools for smarter prospecting and outreach Preference given to candidates who demonstrate tech-savvy sales strategies Preferred candidate profile 01- 03 years in field sales, inside sales, or outbound sales (Healthcare/SaaS preferred) Freshers with strong communication and hustle are encouraged to apply
