Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead Generation & Qualification

  • Visit labs and clinics, make cold calls, use digital tools to identify leads
  • Qualify prospects and transition them to Account Executives (AEs)
  • Maintain lead activity, notes, and status updates in CRM

Client Interaction & Demo Setup

  • Act as the first point of contact for potential customers
  • Build rapport, assess client needs, and schedule demos with AEs
  • Represent Theranizes mission and values in every interaction

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with Account Executives for seamless lead handoff
  • Share market insights and align sales strategy with the team

AI & Digital Prospecting

  • Leverage AI tools for smarter prospecting and outreach
  • Preference given to candidates who demonstrate tech-savvy sales strategies

Preferred candidate profile

  • 01- 03 years in field sales, inside sales, or outbound sales (Healthcare/SaaS preferred)
  • Freshers with strong communication and hustle are encouraged to apply
