Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative based in Jhansi. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, managing client communications, and maintaining long-term relationships with customers. Responsibilities include promoting housing finance products, achieving sales targets, preparing sales reports, and assisting customers with the application and approval processes efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to engage clients effectively.
• Sales, business development, and customer relationship management experience, especially in the financial or real estate sector.
• Knowledge of housing finance products and services, as well as financial documentation and lending policies.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and other relevant software for reporting and client management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a target-driven environment.
• Graduate degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus but not mandatory.
