Job Description

Role & responsibilities A Sales Executive in a real estate company is responsible for actively pitching ongoing and upcoming projects to potential clients, showcasing sample flats and explaining key aspects such as layout plans, carpet area, pricing, and amenities to help clients make informed decisions. They conduct property site visits, address client queries, highlight project USPs, and build strong rapport to create trust. The executive also plays a critical role in deal negotiation and closing, ensuring smooth documentation and coordination with legal and finance teams to finalize the transaction. Preferred candidate profile Proactive, target-driven professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building long-term client relationships while consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
