Role & responsibilities : Create high-quality videos for real estate projects (property walkthroughs, client testimonials, drone shots, reels, YouTube content). Design eye-catching creatives and graphics for social media, paid campaigns, brochures, and digital ads. Plan and manage social media calendars , publish content, and ensure engagement across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Write compelling content for blogs, websites, project brochures, email campaigns, and social media captions. Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and property portals. Monitor and report campaign performance, including lead generation, CPL (Cost per Lead), CTR (Click-through rate), and ROI . Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely follow-up on digital leads. Stay updated with real estate market trends, platform algorithm updates, and new digital marketing techniques. Ensure brand consistency and high-quality output across all digital touchpoints. Guide and mentor junior team members if required. Preferred candidate profile : Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field. 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience (Real Estate experience preferred). Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator . Good command of video editing (using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva Video or similar). Strong writing skills for SEO-friendly content and marketing copy . Proven experience in managing social media pages and paid campaigns . Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO best practices. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options. Negotiate and close property sales to achieve monthly targets. Maintain daily sales reports and CRM records with updated status of visited and follow-up clients.
