Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the region's sales targets for Ready-Mix Concrete & Blocks.
Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with clients.
Provide technical information and guidance to clients to support sales efforts.
Manage contracts, pricing, and ensure that margins are exceeded while adapting to market changes.
Oversee after-sales services, including invoicing, cube reports, and collections, while ensuring compliance with credit policies.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (Post Graduate Qualification in Management preferred).
3-5 years of relevant experience in sales or construction materials industry.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral, in English.
Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
Ability to manage key accounts, market intelligence, and CRM activities effectively.
