Role Overview: You will be responsible for finding and identifying leads through various sources, reaching out to and meeting with business decision-makers to understand their needs, and showcasing how our services can benefit them. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Generation: Identify and source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails. - Customer Acquisition: Convert inquiries into customers via calls across India. - Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing technical information, and explanations. - Assess competitors by analyzing competitor information and trends, identifying sales opportunities. - Conduct thorough research on prospect companies and contacts to have targeted conversations. - Coordinate end-to-end sales process from lead generation to lead qualification. - Prospect and qualify new sale opportunities through outbound cold calling. - Generate and research leads for prospecting new clients. - Enter all sales leads and prospects into CRM promptly. - Possess basic knowledge of Cloud Services and Cloud Managed Services (Azure is preferable). - Stay self-motivated to work in a fast-moving environment. - Take end-to-end ownership of the complete sales process: Identify, Qualify, Sell, Close, and Administer. Qualification Required: - Graduate with a minimum of 2 years of experience. - Must have experience in Lead Generation, Cold Calling, and Client Coordination. - Proficiency in Database Management. - Experience in Appointment Setting and Contact Discovery is mandatory. - Proven inside sales experience. - Experience in IT Sales/Cloud sales (AWS, Azure, GCP, Datacenters) exclusively. - Strong phone presence and ability to make multiple calls daily. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong listening and presentation skills. - Willingness to work from the office (5 days a week).
