Job Overview Director of HRP Infrastructure Operations reports to the VP of Engineering and ensures that their team's goals are aligned with the overall strategic objectives of the HealthEdge Operations department. This position oversees all India staff supporting the Infrastructure Operations team including Infrastructure, DBA, Application Services and Change Management. They will oversee team's daily business activities to manage and support the customers' SaaS-hosted environments with next-generation core administration and care coordination applications. The Director of HRP Infrastructure Operations is responsible for managing its resources, developing and implementing strategic plans to handle incoming work, and ensuring that procedures are carried out correctly. Additionally, the Director of HRP Infrastructure Operations regularly evaluates team efficiency and makes necessary changes in processes and technology to maximize team productivity. This leader assesses the company's and the customers needs and delivers maximum business value by setting priorities and ensuring daily operations run smoothly and as efficiently as possible. Roles and Responsibilities Liaise with the VP of Operations to set strategic goals for the team. Develop and implement strategic plans to handle incoming work efficiently. Provide a data-driven architecture and technology operations strategy (on-premise, hybrid, and cloud) with the ability to formulate, present, and influence to achieve strategic goals. Uphold the responsibility of creating a high-trust, fun, learning-centric environment where we fail fast, learn together, and grow from our collective experience in a feedback-rich environment. Serve as a master change agent that can anticipate and orchestrate change with both internal and external customers. Maintain security and compliance standards for environments that support millions of Members on our platform. Take ownership of project prioritization, progress, and workload management across Cloud and On-Premise Infrastructure staff to ensure on-time delivery and maintaining high system uptime and availability Recommend and build systems and efficiencies for end-user and overall client site support both remotely and on-site, including capacity planning and technology evolution. Develop and execute a path for continuous improvement in advancing functional and operational performance. Communicate effectively with senior leadership, product owners, and business stakeholders regarding system status, incidents, and project updates. Create strong collaboration between Technical Operations and Development teams with a strong customer focus and efficient & effective deployments & support Implement proactive monitoring strategies and resolve performance bottlenecks. Ensure all SLAs and KPIs are consistently met and strive to improve service delivery metrics. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance application support services. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and best practices Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree with 15+ years of experience in IT Operations Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Experience managing people and teams Experience resolving conflicts Experience managing customers Experience with SaaS hosting and datacenters Ability to negotiate Ability to analyze complex processes and metrics Results-driven and ability to communicate ITIL certification is preferred Ability to identify weak spots in a process to improve efficiency Excellent planning and project management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Infrastructure Design Services is a team of Technology Architects and Engineers responsible for the analysis and design of the infrastructure framework to fit the application, platform or system needs in-line with MasterCards operational standards and principles. Infrastructure Design Services is engaged from the beginning of the analysis and design phase to work with the application team(s) and other critical teams within Mastercard to ensure that the completed infrastructure and application architecture aligns with MasterCard s security, scalability and availability standards. Infrastructure Design Services primary deliverable is the TAD (Technical Architecture Document) which details the infrastructure design for the application, platform or system. This job requires experience in internet fundamentals related to web servers, application servers, internet security and other internet technologies. This job actively performs designing and delivering internet infrastructure solutions that satisfy member, product, service and backbone requirements. Have you ever worked with Microsoft Visio to design middleware infrastructure from the ground up Role Generating requirements, together with other architects, engineers, application team and user, to determine that all of the high level requirements have been met. Generating products such as TADs, technical documents, logical flows, and models to keep the user, architects and the engineers constantly up to date and in agreement on the application, system or platform to be provided as it is evolving. Ensuring that all architectural products and products with architectural input are maintained in the most current state and never allowe'd to become obsolete. Resolve internet architectural and operational problems impacting infrastructure and product availability and performance globally. Research and evaluate new technology for possible deployment in MasterCard s internet infrastructure. Take accountability for ongoing regional projects as assigned; including responsibility for planning; time and cost control; resource utilization and implementation. Implement, manage and support internet infrastructure components while leveraging current standards and best practices. Perform problem diagnosis; performance tuning; capacity planning and configuration management for MasterCard internet components. Assure system stability and future compatibility by monitoring production execution of all relevant systems. Knowledge of web app architecture, Network designs, application security, middleware, three tier architecture, documentation of application flows, have a general understanding of how load balancing works, How to use DNS, basic understanding of middleware components are, how they work etc Having knowledge of Infrastructure Design, SSLOne Way , Two Way SSL , BIG IP F5s, Venafi-Digital certificates , ISAM/SiteMinder (Authentication and Authorization technologies ) Design high availability strategies and implement automation to ensure service availability. Take initiatives and projects and have accountability for ongoing regional projects as assigned; including responsibility for planning; time and cost control; resource utilization and implementation. Support, troubleshoot web related issues develop technical solutions and alternatives to meet business requirements in adherence with MasterCard standards, processes and best practices and with a high level of innovation, cost effectiveness, high quality and faster time to market. All About You Systematic knowledge and understanding of Datacenters , network, compute and storage , operating system principles and Web middleware . Thorough knowledge in one or more core functions related to internet infrastructure design with web administration background. Must be high-energy, proactive, detail-oriented and able to function under pressure in an independent environment. Must have a high degree of initiative and self-motivation and demonstrate the ability to drive results. Strong communication skills both verbal and written and strong relationship and collaborative skills and organizational skills with the ability to work as a member of matrix based diverse and geographically distributed project team. Willingness and ability to learn and take on challenging opportunities is critical. Familiarity with Azure, AWS, Open Stack and other IaaS offerings
