Job Description

Role & responsibilities

To Promote and branding of Product to Target customers with right presentation
Focus on Selling of Products with right Information, making new and regular customers
Demonstrating and providing information on variety of Teas.
Handling walk in customer at stores.
Distributing product samples, brochures, flyers etc. to source new sales opportunities
Create a positive image and lead consumers to use it
Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements
Make suggestions and encourage customer to purchase of products
Setting up attractive product displays
Delivering presentations and demonstrations
Providing feedback about the stores and product for improvement to the Reporting manager.

Daily Sales Records
Daily Stock / Accessories Records

Support Task

Act as Supportive Team Member on Stores.
Set up booths or promotional activities as an when planned by Management / Reporting Managers

Competencies Abilities/skills/behaviors:

l Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role

l Familiarity with consumer behavior

l Possess patience, adaptability, initiative, high energy level

l Good Communication Skills

Preferred candidate profile

a. Candidate who work on Western Side - Borivali to Churchgate as a Floater or at one location (like Oberoi Sky Mall)
