Client Relationship Officer (Inside Sales)

About the Job (Position Overview):

The Customer Relationship Officer is responsible for promoting and selling the programs of MSM Unify to potential students, responding to inquiries, and identifying the appropriate programs that match student goals. The CRO plays a key role in driving operational strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives, fostering candidate traction, supporting growth, and maintaining vital internal and external relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and stakeholders.
  • Handle inbound queries through multiple channels including telephone, email, and web chat.
  • Make outbound calls to convert student leads into applications for study.
  • Analyze customer feedback to assess satisfaction with company products/services; manage complaints appropriately and escalate when required.
  • Ensure customer data is recorded accurately and in a timely manner across all systems.
  • Support the development of the student journey by identifying and reporting issues and trends.
  • Cross-sell company products and services.
  • Work on inbound and outbound sales activities.

Reporting:

You will report to the Team Lead / Assistant Manager / Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • An MBA or advanced degree is an added advantage.
  • Experience in B2C sales preferred; freshers with strong zeal to learn may also apply.
  • Confident, articulate, and professional communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to adapt, learn, and grow in the customer service role.
