Job Description

Job Title: IT Solution Sales Manager

About the Role:

Identify, target, and acquire enterprise clients across industries.
Generate leads through networking, cold calls, social media, and industry events.
Present and pitch IT solutions including
IT Services, ERP, CRM, Application development, Modernization, AI Solutions and Staffing
Understand client pain points and offer customized technology and service solutions.
Create proposals and solution documents aligned with client business objectives.
Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and product teams to craft winning propositions.

Client Relationship Management

Build long-term, consultative relationships with key decision-makers (COOs, CTOs, IT Heads).
Act as a trusted advisor on IT infrastructure, cloud transformation, and SaaS product integrations.
Conduct regular business reviews and ensure client satisfaction.

Revenue and Target Management

Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Manage deal pipelines and forecast revenue accurately.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals successfully.

Market Intelligence

Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies, competitors, and industry trends.
Provide feedback to internal teams for product and service improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
5–10 years of experience in
IT solution sales
, preferably with exposure to
ERP, Staffing and CRM.
Proven track record in
B2B or enterprise-level sales

Strong understanding of

CRM

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
