Job Description

Job Title: IT Solution Sales Manager

About the Role:

  • Identify, target, and acquire enterprise clients across industries.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calls, social media, and industry events.
  • Present and pitch IT solutions including

    IT Services, ERP, CRM, Application development, Modernization, AI Solutions and Staffing

  • Understand client pain points and offer customized technology and service solutions.
  • Create proposals and solution documents aligned with client business objectives.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and product teams to craft winning propositions.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build long-term, consultative relationships with key decision-makers (COOs, CTOs, IT Heads).
  • Act as a trusted advisor on IT infrastructure, cloud transformation, and SaaS product integrations.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and ensure client satisfaction.

Revenue and Target Management

  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Manage deal pipelines and forecast revenue accurately.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals successfully.

Market Intelligence

  • Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams for product and service improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–10 years of experience in

    IT solution sales

    , preferably with exposure to

    ERP, Staffing and CRM.

  • Proven track record in

    B2B or enterprise-level sales

  • Strong understanding of
