Key Responsibilities: - Engage with clients, understand their design requirements, and propose appropriate design solutions - Manage the entire sales process from generating leads to closing deals - Conduct client consultations and product demonstrations - Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Qualifications: - Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills - Previous experience in sales, customer service, and client relationship management - Knowledge of interior design and home dcor is advantageous - Ability to comprehend client needs and offer suitable design solutions - Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking - Highly motivated and target-driven with a successful sales track record - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Note: The salary range for this position is between 25,000 to 50,000 per month.,
