Role & responsibilities

  • Manage the

    complete sales cycle

    : lead qualification, site presentations, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Conduct

    detailed project walkthroughs

    and property demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of:
    • Inventory
    • Pricing
    • Offers / Discounts
    • Competition projects
    • Market trends
  • Convert inbound leads from marketing channels into

    qualified walkthroughs and closures

    .
  • Build and nurture relationships with

    Channel Partners / Brokers

    to ensure consistent lead inflow.
  • Ensure

    documentation accuracy

    , including booking form, KYC, payment schedules, and agreements.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to refine lead quality and customer engagement strategies.
  • Deliver

    monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets

    with accountability and reporting discipline.
