Job Description

Sales and Business Development: o Identify and target potential clients in the veterinary sector. o Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to veterinary professionals. o Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share. o Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and follow up on leads. o Participate in govt tenders by creating sufficient documents and win the orders o Maintain a good interdepartmental relation ship. Customer/distributor Relationship Management: o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers and distributors. o Manage the distributors with timely collection of payments and PDC and maintain the financial track smooth. o Manage the secondary sale and the primary sale by maintaining the track of inventory and timely collection of stock statements to the company. o Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction. o Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Product Knowledge and Training: o Stay updated on the latest veterinary diagnostic products and technologies. o Provide training and support to clients on the use of diagnostic products. o Attend industry conferences and trade shows to promote products and network with potential clients. Reporting and Documentation: o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales performance. o Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. o Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and strategies.
