We solve the problems others choose to ignore, with surprising new inventions that defy convention and simply work better Were driven by progress and thrive on the challenge of relentless improvement Were growing fast and our ambition is huge more categories, more locations, and more people, Pioneering technology takes more than just inventive engineers At Dyson, we take a problem-solving approach to everything we do And across our support teams, were proud to be different And importantly, we support change to maintain our rapid growth, Dyson Business Services (DBS) organisation provides process and service excellence to support Dysons growth ambitions with a goal of innovating and enhancing services over time to meet the changing needs of the business, The sales order processing senior analyst is responsible for providing subject matter advice for Sales Order Processing activities In the role, senior analyst will identify, and implement process efficiencies, assume responsibility for post goods issue resolutions for both Indirect and Direct; and will remove data related blockers for order processing Senior Analyst will need to be hands-on and capable of executing order processing tasks as well and perform audit related activities to maintain SLA adherence and identify process gaps, Responsibilities Order Management Standard Operating Procedures Managing end-to-end order fulfillment processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution of customer orders, Develops problem solving guidelines, checklists, or other materials to assist order analysts to respond to inquiries that are recurring or routine, Provide guidance and training to teams on more complex, escalated internal inquiries on product availability, prices, delivery times, and the status of orders, Analyze order inquiries to identify recurring problems, recommend solutions, and identify where order management processes can be improved, Capable of performing order processing related tasks along with audit related activities to maintain SLA adherence and work on daily business reports, Process documentation creation and maintenance Participate in continuous improvement projects, Work with Dyson internal teams to identify and resolve issues resulting from customer, item, or pricing, Reporting Maintain list of SKUs on allocation and Channel Approval Create daily suite of reports to drive allocation decisions, Post Goods Issue (PGI) Own resolution of daily post goods issue failures Coordinate with Inventory Control and Logistics, Direct SOP teams for resolution of failures, Ensure PGI resolved within month-end closing timeframes, Requirements: Bachelors / masters degree required, Comfortable working night shift (6:30 PM to 2:30 AM) Experience with SAP S4 Hana is a must, EDI experience preferred, Strong customer focus with a sensitivity to customer needs Knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Excel required, Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, High level of attention to detail and accuracy Working in a fast-paced team environment with high volume activities and changing priorities, Have a ?Can-doattitude, highly self-motivated and deadline driven, Comfortable in a multi-cultural work environment and working with virtual teams, Dyson is an equal opportunity employer We know that great minds dont think alike, and it takes all kinds of minds to make our technology so unique We welcome applications from all backgrounds and employment decisions are made without regard to race, colour, religion, national or ethnic origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, protected veteran status or other any other dimension of diversity, Show more Show less
