Job Summary:

Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Role & responsibilities

• Receive customer purchase orders via email or soft copy format and validate all required information.
• Accurately enter sales orders into the SAP system (SD Module) based on customer POs.
• Cross-check pricing, product codes, delivery terms, and order quantities against internal master data and contracts.
• Coordinate production planning, inventory, logistics, and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare order acknowledgments and confirmations to be sent to customers.
• Communicate with customers regarding inquiries on product availability, lead times, and shipment details.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, manufacturing capacity, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate and organized customer records and order files in SAP and other internal databases.

• Maintain and organize electronic records of processed orders.
• Support process improvement initiatives related to order entry and customer service.

Handle customer inquiries related to order status and coordinate follow-ups where necessary

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma or BE preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or data entry.
• Proficiency in

  SAP (Sales & Distribution module preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good communication skills written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable with MS Office (especially Outlook, Excel) and document management tools.
