Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Operations Manager. The role is hybrid, located in Indore with some work from home acceptable. The Sales Operations Manager will oversee operations management, drive customer satisfaction, manage customer service efforts, and ensure effective communication. Daily tasks will include analyzing sales data, developing sales strategies, managing the sales process, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets and improve operational efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Operations Management experience
• Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service practices
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the semiconductor or tech industry is a plus
