Job Title: Sales Representative Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Representative to manage in-store operations across multiple retail locations. This role involves regular store visits to ensure product availability, adherence to FIFO practices, effective merchandising, and coaching of promoters. Additionally, the role includes overseeing the processing and last-mile delivery of online orders to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Visits & Inventory Management

  • Conduct regular visits to all designated retail stores.
  • Ensure product availability and maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Monitor and enforce FIFO (First-In-First-Out) practices for inventory.
  • Identify and resolve any stock discrepancies or replenishment issues.

Merchandising

  • Maintain brand standards in all merchandising displays.
  • Coordinate with store staff to ensure consistent planogram implementation.
  • Report and rectify any deviations in visual merchandising.

Promoter Management & Coaching

  • Supervise and coach in-store promoters to drive performance and product knowledge.
  • Provide training and feedback to enhance customer engagement and sales effectiveness.
  • Monitor attendance, discipline, and motivation of promoters.

E-commerce Order Management

  • Coordinate the processing of online orders through to last-mile delivery.
  • Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders from store stock.
  • Liaise with logistics and customer service teams to resolve any delivery or fulfillment issues.

Customer Experience

  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction both in-store and online.
  • Address customer feedback and service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Implement initiatives to improve the customer journey across physical and digital touchpoints.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven 1 - 2 years of experience in sales, retail operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of retail inventory practices, especially FIFO.
  • Knowledge of merchandising standards and planogram compliance.
  • Experience with coaching and managing frontline staff or promoters.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce operations, especially last-mile logistics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently across multiple locations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
