We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Business Development & Sales Executive who excels at generating leads, converting them into sales, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a passion for nature and design, capable of representing our brand and closing projects confidently. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and institutional sectors. Generate qualified leads through networking, field visits, online inquiries, and referrals. Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and prepare tailored proposals. Present landscaping solutions, explain benefits, and address client queries effectively. Negotiate and close sales agreements to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets. Maintain strong post-sales relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Maintain records of leads, sales activities, and client communications in CRM tools. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Horticulture, Agriculture, or related fields preferred. 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (experience in landscaping, interior, construction, or related industries is a plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Tamil and English proficiency preferred). Strong lead conversion and negotiation abilities. Passion for green spaces, design, and sustainability. Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude. Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
