Business Development & Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and institutional sectors.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, field visits, online inquiries, and referrals.
• Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and prepare tailored proposals.
• Present landscaping solutions, explain benefits, and address client queries effectively.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets.
• Maintain strong post-sales relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain records of leads, sales activities, and client communications in CRM tools.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Horticulture, Agriculture, or related fields preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (experience in landscaping, interior, construction, or related industries is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Tamil and English proficiency preferred).
• Strong lead conversion and negotiation abilities.
• Passion for green spaces, design, and sustainability.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
