Sales Operations Coordinator

You are a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator (Back Office) who will be responsible for supporting sales operations, handling back-office coordination, and demonstrating proficiency in Excel/Advanced Excel. Your key responsibilities will include managing data, preparing reports, and tracking targets to support the sales team. You will also coordinate between internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries, maintain sales records, databases, and documentation, communicate effectively with clients/customers and team members in both English and Hindi, understand the functionality and responsibilities of a Sales Coordinator, and handle quotations, follow-ups, client queries, and assist in generating leads and reports. To excel in this role, you must have proven experience in a similar back-office or coordination role, possess strong skills in Excel and Advanced Excel (including Pivot Tables, Data Analysis, etc.), exhibit good communication skills in English and Hindi (both written and verbal), be well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking, and have a good understanding of sales processes and sales coordination functions.
