Job Overview:

Sales Operations Associate


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in tracking lead dialing, connectivity, and follow-up adherence.
  • Support implementation of lead prioritization and routing strategies.
  • Monitor lead movement and follow up on sales process defaulters.
  • Help maintain balanced lead distribution among sales reps.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards using Excel or other tools.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Tech, and Marketing teams for operational alignment.
  • Contribute to improving the overall efficiency of the sales funnel.


Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, preferably in EdTech or B2C environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, LeadSquared, or similar.
  • Proficient in Excel; knowledge of SQL is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Effective communicator and a team player.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic sales environment.
