As a Senior Sales Operations Manager/Analyst/Lead at Restroworks, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic support to the sales team. Your primary responsibilities will include optimizing processes, implementing best practices, and leveraging technology to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: - Streamline sales processes from lead generation to deal closure to ensure efficiency and effectiveness at each stage. - Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights to the sales team and leadership. - Work closely with sales leadership to develop accurate sales forecasts and manage sales pipelines. Implement methodologies and tools to improve forecasting accuracy. - Evaluate, implement, and optimize sales tools and technologies to enhance productivity and effectiveness. - Collaborate with sales enablement teams to develop training programs, tools, and resources to support the sales team in achieving their targets. - Collaborate with other departments to align sales operations with overall business objectives. - Document sales processes, policies, and procedures. Continuously assess and improve processes to drive efficiency and scalability. - Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team. Provide insights and recommendations to improve performance based on KPI analysis. - Collaborate with finance and HR teams to design and manage sales compensation plans and incentive programs. - Provide support to sales leadership in developing and executing sales strategies. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). - 3 years of experience in sales operations or related roles, with a proven track record of driving sales efficiency and effectiveness. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and generate actionable insights. - Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Excel. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Experience in the technology/software industry (preferred).
