Job Description

The Operations Manager & Site In-Charge will be responsible for end-to-end management of Soul Club’s daily operations, guest bookings and sales, staff supervision, and on-ground oversight of construction work for the upcoming Airbnb property.

This role requires a hands-on, problem-solving professional who can manage people, guests, and site work with equal efficiency.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Guest Management

  • Handle day-to-day operational issues at Soul Club
  • Ensure smooth check-ins, check-outs, and guest readiness
  • Resolve guest complaints and operational challenges promptly
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and upkeep

Airbnb Bookings & Sales

  • Manage Airbnb and OTA listings, calendars, pricing, and availability
  • Handle guest inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and messages
  • Close direct bookings and upsell services (BBQ, events, shoots, experiences)
  • Coordinate bookings to maximize occupancy and revenue

Staff Management

  • Supervise housekeeping, security, maintenance, and support staff
  • Prepare duty rosters and monitor attendance
  • Train staff on service standards and guest interaction
  • Ensure discipline, accountability, and smooth coordination

Construction Oversight – New Airbnb Project

  • Act as site in-charge for the new Airbnb construction project
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, labourers, and suppliers
  • Monitor daily site progress, quality of work, and timelines
  • Ensure work aligns with approved plans, design intent, and budget
  • Report progress, issues, or delays to management regularly

Vendor & Asset Management

  • Coordinate with vendors for supplies, repairs, and services
  • Monitor inventory, equipment, and property assets
  • Ensure timely maintenance and cost control

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in hospitality operations, Airbnb management, or villa management
  • Prior exposure to site supervision or construction coordination is a strong plus
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, manage teams, and take ownership
  • Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and booking platforms
  • Comfortable with on-ground, hands-on work
  • Must be proactive, organized, and guest-oriented.
  • Willingness to be available on weekends or evenings if required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
