Responsibilities Sales Operation Analyst This is an amazing opportunity to work within one of the fastest growing Managed Services Providers. Key Responsibilities: Develop and automate sales reporting (Excel & Power BI) for pipeline, activity, and forecast metrics Translate business needs into data reporting requirements Generate and distribute weekly/monthly performance dashboards Surface insights and trends for Sales Leadership review Lead migration from manual reporting to analytics-driven dashboards Ensure data integrity and partner with CRM admins to maintain reporting standards Qualifications Required Skills & Experience: Skills & Qualifications: Skills & Qualifications: 4 6 years of experience in sales operations or business analytics roles Expert-level Excel (pivot tables, Power Pivot, VLOOKUP, macros) Advanced experience with Power BI and data visualization tools Familiarity with Salesforce, Dynamics, or HubSpot for CRM reporting Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Skills/Attributes Synoptek core DNA behaviors: Clarity: Possesses excellent communication skills, makes a concentrated effort to speak the customers language.
