Key Responsibilities: Sales & Sourcing: Identify potential customers for used car and commercial vehicle loans through field visits, dealership interactions, and referrals. Develop and manage relationships with car dealers, DSA (Direct Selling Agents), transporters, and fleet operators. Achieve monthly loan disbursement targets as per assigned goals. Customer Handling: Assist customers in understanding loan products, eligibility, and repayment options. Guide applicants through the loan process, ensuring a smooth experience from application to disbursement. Documentation & Compliance: Collect, verify, and process customer documents as per credit policy. Ensure timely login and approval of files. Coordinate with credit, operations, and risk departments for seamless loan processing. Market Intelligence: Keep updated on competitor offerings, market rates, and demand trends in the used car and commercial vehicle segments. Provide insights to management for pricing and product development. Post-Sales Support: Follow up on loan disbursements and pending documentation. Assist in early collections if required.
