Sales Officer/Manager

As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for the operations in your assigned Area, with a focus on achieving sales and collection targets, expanding the channel presence of the brand, and aligning with the overall objectives of the company. **Key Responsibilities:** - Achieving Sales Target & Collection - Increasing the customer base - Appointing New Dealers/ Distributors in the Area - Providing regular updates on competitor activities - Conducting activities like in-house seminars, influencer meets, and product presentations - Driving visibility programs in the market to ensure in-shop display and BTL activities - Adhering to the PJP for self **Accountability & Authority:** - Responsible for Primary & Secondary sales in the Area - Collection dues management - Network expansion through the appointment of new Dealers based on potential analysis - Establishing and nurturing relationships with Customers, Channel Partners, Influencers, and other stakeholders **Qualifications Required:** - Graduation with a major in Sales/ Marketing - 1-2 years of experience in building material sales - Functional Sales knowledge - Preference for a background in Wire industry - Proficiency in Channel Management, Basic Accounting, Objection handling, Negotiation skills, and MS Excel - Experience in B2C Sales, Channel Sales, Retail Sales, and Distributor Sales **Competencies:** - Team Management skills - Analytical thinking abilities - Relationship-building strengths - Strategy implementation skills - Ability to train, motivate, resolve conflicts, and negotiate effectively This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including a flexible schedule, leave encashment, life insurance, paid sick time, and provident fund. *Work Location:* In person,
