Role: Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive / Area Sales Manager

Locations: Hyderabad, Telangana
Department: Sales – Aluminium Doors & Windows

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Market Development

  • Drive sales for Aluminium Doors & Windows in the assigned territory.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective planning and local market visibility.
  • Generate leads through direct clients, retail customers, small builders, contractors, interiors fraternity, and referrals.
  • Convert customer inquiries into confirmed orders through strong communication and follow-up.

Customer Engagement

  • Explain product features, benefits, and technical aspects in a simple and professional manner.
  • Assist customers throughout the sales cycle—requirement gathering, technical guidance, quotations, and order finalization.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with the operations team for measurement follow-ups, order processing, installation scheduling, and payment collection.
  • Attend product & technical training programs arranged by the company.

Market Understanding

  • Implement local marketing and promotional activities.
  • Track competitor products, pricing, and trends within the assigned region.
  • Maintain regular reporting of sales pipeline and market feedback.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3+ years of Sales experience (UPVC/Aluminium Doors & Windows, Building Materials, Interiors, or similar industries preferred).
  • Any Graduate.
  • Strong communication skills in English and the local language (Telugu/Tamil/Malayalam as per location).
  • Presentable, proactive, self-driven, and able to achieve monthly targets.
  • Good market knowledge of the assigned region.
