Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective planning and local market visibility. Generate leads through direct clients, retail customers, small builders, contractors, interiors fraternity, and referrals. Convert customer inquiries into confirmed orders through strong communication and follow-up. Customer Engagement Explain product features, benefits, and technical aspects in a simple and professional manner. Assist customers throughout the sales cycle—requirement gathering, technical guidance, quotations, and order finalization. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Internal Coordination Work closely with the operations team for measurement follow-ups, order processing, installation scheduling, and payment collection. Attend product & technical training programs arranged by the company. Market Understanding Implement local marketing and promotional activities. Track competitor products, pricing, and trends within the assigned region. Maintain regular reporting of sales pipeline and market feedback. Key Responsibilities of the position: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in the assigned region.
