Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by visiting potential clients, including farmers, dealers, and agricultural retailers.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities within the agricultural sector.
  • Present and demonstrate our pesticide products to clients, explaining their features, benefits, and proper usage.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to close sales deals and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the agricultural or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A strong passion for the agriculture sector and a desire to help our customers succeed.

Telesales Executive

Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers from a provided list of leads.
  • Answer inbound calls and assist with customer inquiries, providing detailed information about our pesticide products and their benefits.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products to meet their needs.
  • Effectively persuade and negotiate with customers to close sales over the phone.
  • Process customer orders and maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up on leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Officer to provide a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a telesales or telecalling role, preferably with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English; proficiency in regional languages is a significant advantage.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and CRM software.
  • A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with the agricultural industry or a willingness to learn quickly.
