We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer and a Telesales Executive to join our team, specializing in the sales of our agricultural products, including pesticides. The ideal candidates will be passionate about agriculture and dedicated to helping farmers and agricultural businesses improve their yields and protect their crops. This is a work-from-office position, and both roles are crucial to our companys growth and success. Sales Officer As a Sales Officer , you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the field. You will act as a key point of contact, providing expert advice and solutions related to our products. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities by visiting potential clients, including farmers, dealers, and agricultural retailers. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities within the agricultural sector. Present and demonstrate our pesticide products to clients, explaining their features, benefits, and proper usage. Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to close sales deals and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management. Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably within the agricultural or a related industry. Strong understanding of sales principles and processes. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. A strong passion for the agriculture sector and a desire to help our customers succeed. Telesales Executive As a Telesales Executive , you will be based in the office and play a pivotal role in generating sales through inbound and outbound calls. You will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, providing them with information and guidance on our products. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers from a provided list of leads. Answer inbound calls and assist with customer inquiries, providing detailed information about our pesticide products and their benefits. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products to meet their needs. Effectively persuade and negotiate with customers to close sales over the phone. Process customer orders and maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions in our CRM system. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Follow up on leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Collaborate with the Sales Officer to provide a seamless customer experience. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus. Proven experience in a telesales or telecalling role, preferably with a track record of meeting sales targets. Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English; proficiency in regional languages is a significant advantage. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Proficiency in computer applications and CRM software. A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a goal-oriented mindset. Familiarity with the agricultural industry or a willingness to learn quickly.
