As a Sales Manager, your role will involve developing sales strategies and targets to achieve revenue goals. You will be responsible for hiring, training, and managing sales staff, as well as motivating them to meet targets. Building and maintaining a customer base, along with servicing the needs of existing customers, will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop sales strategies and targets to achieve revenue goals - Hire, train, and manage sales staff - Motivate sales team to meet targets - Build and maintain a customer base - Analyze market trends and competitors - Collect customer feedback - Report to senior managers - Prepare sales figures, analyses, and reports - Identify opportunities for business growth - Increase business opportunities - Oversee and manage sales operations in a specific geographical area - Keep up to date with product knowledge Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in sales of four-wheeler vehicles - Strong understanding of sales strategies and targets - Excellent team management skills - Ability to analyze market trends and competitors - Proficient in preparing sales reports and analyses The company offers Provident Fund as a benefit for this full-time position with a day shift schedule.
